Overhead Bridges are a type of conveyor bridge used to transport single-face corrugated paper from the top of the single facer to the triplex pre-heater. Our bridges have a heavy steel channel structure and use two conveyor belts from a five-layer line to transport single-face corrugated. The automatic adjustment strategic alignment in accurately positioning corrugated paper equipment, double tension, and suction on the bridge. Furthermore, the overhead footbridge has a safety guard and stairwells for access.

We provide Glue units, which are a system for applying glue to a single facer sheet. The added benefit of these systems is that each side of the machine can have its own load setting. We have simplex, duplex, and triplex glue machines that are suitable for single, double, and triple wall corrugated board production lines.

The unit is equipped with a high precision applicator roll, which ensures uniform glue application and lower glue consumption. The presence of two guide rolls prior to the loading system ensures better and smoother guidance of the single facer board. Furthermore, the rolls are hard chrome plated, ensuring a long service life.

Our double facers are used to create perfectly bonded board. Because of the pre-conditioner, the liners are heated and transported stress-free to the double facer. In all operating conditions, the hot plates remain completely flat for consistent heat transfer across the entire working width without edge crush. Depending on our clients’ needs, we can configure the heating section with a different number of hot plates. Furthermore, the cooling section’s pressure rolls ensure perfect forming quality. The specially designed feed geometry helps to eliminate bubbles and ripples in the liner and conditions it before bonding. These facers are highly corrosion resistant and have been designed to have low friction properties.

We manufacture Slitter Scorers, which are units that are placed between double facers and cut off. These Slitter Scorers aid in the finishing of sheet sides by cutting damaged edges. Furthermore, our machines can perform one-sided creasing in addition to cutting. The creasing and cutting dies can be adjusted to meet the needs of the clients. Our scorers are available in a variety of profiles and board sizes. These scorers include four sets of creasing dies and four sets of slittering dies.
