The Take Up Units raise the two-ply corrugated sheet from the single facer to the overhead bridge.
These are meant to put as little pressure on the sheet as possible.
The liners are unaffected because these processes are completely automated.
These will also be utilised to move the sheet with the help of the endless Belts.
Furthermore, the belts can be tightened as required.
Overhead bridges are conveyor bridges that transport single-face corrugated paper from the single facer’s top to the triplex pre-heater.
Our overhead bridges are constructed with a huge steel channel construction and transport single-face corrugated with two conveyor belts from a five-layer line.
The automatic adjustment strategic alignment of the overhead bridge in suitably situating corrugated paper equipment, double tension, and suction.
