Designed and manufactured by HIC Machinery Co., the RL150 Shaftless Reel Stand features a swing-type hydraulic system for effortless loading and precise positioning of paper rolls. Built entirely from mild steel with no casting, it delivers robust performance and low maintenance across high-speed corrugation lines.
The hydraulic clamping system provides symmetric open/close, right–left, and up–down adjustments — all electrically controlled. Multi-point pneumatic imported brakes manage web tension effectively, while the remote-control panel ensures convenient operation from a safe distance.

RL75 – Shaftless Reel Stand (Electrical)
The RL75 features a 360° rotation design for smooth roll handling with motorized lifting, lowering, and clamping. Ideal for mid-speed corrugation lines up to 1800 mm width, it offers accurate roll alignment through motorized left-right adjustment and an integrated control panel for ease of operation.
RL50 – Hydraulic Reel Stand
The RL50 uses a symmetrical swing-arm design for simultaneous loading of two paper rolls. Hydraulic arm control (2–5 HP workstation) manages lifting, lowering, and clamping, while heavy-duty cast iron frames ensure vibration-free operation.
