Pre-Heater
HIC Machinery Co.’s Pre-Heaters condition paper before corrugation, controlling moisture and ensuring uniform heat distribution for consistent board bonding. Available in wrap-around (motorized) and fixed configurations, in simplex, duplex, and triplex drum arrangements to match line speed and ply requirements.
Pre-Heater (Wrap-Around / Motorized)
Features motorized wrap angle adjustment (60°–220°) for precise heat control. Available in simplex, duplex, and triplex drum configurations.
Simplex

Pre-Heater (Fixed)
A fixed-wrap pre-heater for lower-speed lines, with guide rolls on both sides for smooth paper running. Available in simplex, duplex, and triplex configurations.
