SFO100 – High Speed Single Face (Fingerless)
The SFO100 is a fingerless single-face corrugation machine designed for lines up to 100 m/min. Pneumatic cylinder control manages upper roll movement and glue roll positioning, with both manual and automatic glue thickness adjustment available.
SFO150 – High Speed Single Face (Fingerless)
The SFO150 is scaled for higher-capacity lines up to 150 m/min, with larger flute and glue rolls for heavy-duty 3-ply and 5-ply production. All core mechanisms match the SFO100’s proven design, built for greater throughput.
DF60 – Dual Flute High Speed Single Face
The DF60 houses two sets of flute rolls with hydraulic quick-change capability — profile changeover in under 3 minutes. Only one set operates at a time, while the vacuum jacket and fingerless suction blower ensure consistent flute formation across both profiles.
